Thanks for shopping with Havenoa. Here's everything you need to know about how your case gets to you.

 

Made to order

 

Every Havenoa case is printed just for you, on demand, using plant-based, biodegradable materials. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, please allow 2-5 business days for your case to be produced before it ships.

 

Shipping times

 

Once your case is made and on its way, estimated delivery is 5-12 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Free shipping is included on every order.

 

Where we ship

 

We currently ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

 

Tracking your order

 

When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, please reach out through our contact page and we'll look into it right away.

 

Lost or delayed packages

 

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you to sort it out, whether that means tracking it down or sending a replacement.
